Re: DSi unlaunch (bootcode exploit)

Hmmmm, and the problem might be yet elsewhere, the main reason that makes you think that it's wifi related is the nonworking system settings stuff, right? You are correct. And yes, I've also tested it with different known working wi-fi boards. In the past i even replaced the wifi connector and it d...

Re: DSi unlaunch (bootcode exploit)

Might be wifi firmware related. The launcher boots up despite of wifi firmware errors - but refuses to start games if that error had occurred. For DWM-W024 wifi boards you would need the newer wifi firmware revision, 00000002.app. But you should normally have that in v1.4. If the bug occurred only ...

Re: DSi unlaunch (bootcode exploit)

I know it's unrelated, but please help me. I have an 1.4E dsi that gives me an error on every app (no, it's not the wifi module that it's damaged). Using a herdmod I have installed unlaunch. In unlaunch all the apps work, only the settings give an error, but only when i go to internet->connection se...

Re: DSi unlaunch (bootcode exploit)

That is odd. I had added that warning in unlaunch v1.5, hoping to find with people who have old firmware from 2008 (ie. firmware v1.2 or older). Mostly because I want to ask them if they have the same system files as later consoles (eg. font and wifi firmware). What I am doing is checking the file ...

Re: DSi unlaunch (bootcode exploit)

I have this error when trying to install unlaunch 1.8: "You have discovered unknown old firmware version" My dsi xl was on 1.4E. I used flipnote to install unlaunch 1.8. I had some problems with hiyacfw and decided to start everything form scratch. So i uninstalled unlaunch using the uninstall optio...

Re: My MMC3 conversion pack

Mario 2J was released only on FDS. It was ported by loopy on mmc3. The game was later released on snes as "the lost levels". Maybe Infidelity will convert to mmc3 Mario Bros and Yoshi. When you say that will be more complexed to put all the games on a cart it's because you'll have to use a 2mx8 epro...

Re: My MMC3 conversion pack

Wow, these are great! With the SMB MMC3, a proper Super Mario 4 in 1 cart could be made (SMB1, SMB USA, SMB2 & SMB3)! Why limit to that? My dream cart it's like this: Super Mario 1 Super Mario 2 Super Mario 2J Super Mario 3 Mario it's missing Mario's Time Machine Mario Bros. Dr. Mario Mario and Yos...

Re: 8 IN 1 SLROM Multicartridge

Excellent work as usual. Maybe you or someone else can test it with an original mmc1 and on an original nes.
