You'll need the Visual C++ Redist then, here it is. Pick vcredist_x86.exe. It's just about 6 MB.

I think that puNES garbles some notes in Dendy + high quality audio mode. It's very audible in Mickey's Safari in Letterland (U) title music, the whole tune becomes kind of "drunk" or chaotic, so to speak. It doesn't happen in Nestopia and Nintendulator in Dendy mode or on my real UMC UM6...

No idea. Every emulator I have tried has the same problem with Mickey (puNES, Nintendulator, Nestopia). Strange, I thought I had fixed this problem several versions ago.
