Re: Nova the Squirrel 2 (WIP)

I support your SNES project 100% and one day I would like to use your tools and make a homebrew SNES game too. Thanks for working on this project.

Re: Nova the Squirrel 2 (WIP)

It would be wonderful if my game served as an inspiration. I feel like there's definitely people out there who are passionate about the SNES and who are willing to learn assembly (and pixel art if needed). I also still 100% believe that anyone who's written an NES game could write a SNES game if th...

Re: Nova the Squirrel 2 (WIP)

I really like how this is coming along.

It would be great if this could end up creating a SNES homebrew scene, because currently there isn't one.

Re: Nova the Squirrel 2 (WIP)

If you can provide the SNES homebrew community with a tool which has a similar functionality and interface to Lunar Magic you might create a whole new community to boot.

I will check out the level editor and such. I really want to create my own SNES games as I'm sure many people are.

Thanks for posting, as this is your 1st post!

I'm wondering if you are a native english speaker since your english is very well written given that your location is in japan.

New games are always welcomed. Keep us posted. The artwork is great!

Re: Comix Zone: most technically impressive "16 bit" game?

I'm a big fan of all video game consoles, Genesis included. I remember back in the early 90's, I had an SNES and all of my friends had an SNES, but there was one kid who had a Genesis and he lived right next to me. Together we had the best of both worlds, he would come over and play Mario Kart, Stre...

Re: NESmaker, the love and the hate...

I was expecting during the video that to some degree more details would have been given about all of them (winner or not), which was not the case. It would be nice if there were indeed more mention of the other games (non-winners). The way I see it, a lot of people put a lot of work into the games ...

I have some interesting game related questions....

So I got to thinking the other day, and I asked myself, how many people out there still play the NES and how many people out there actually still develop for the NES? Like I'm talking about percentages here. For example, what is the ratio of developers vs players? Obviously more people play games th...

Re: Why do homebrew cartridge releases get discontinued?

Some people do a game and release it and then move onto other projects. I still think that the owner should have the game available for sale somewhere because sometimes an interest in a game happens later and sometimes very interested people miss the release. For me personally, I would like to play ...

So I knew that you can have a website ending with .com or .net but I didn't know you can have .games

Looks interesting and the music is very good.

Re: Soko Banana

I like the game and think that the graphics and animation is great as well as the music. The only con I would say is that the perspective was sometimes hard to understand, which is important in puzzle games, but the graphics do look nice. If you did an overhead style then the puzzles would be more c...

I always liked Rainbow Brite the cartoon. So these mini arcades are running an NES emulator.
