portable IDE?

Recently I'm aware of portability in programs... Any (free?) portable C++ IDE for GUI programs(wxWidget?)? And also, rather than using DirectX and DirectSound, anything portable that do basically this? (Allegro? SDL?)

Anything please and simple if possible, also thanks

that reminds me something...
because BRK is treated as a 2 byte instruction, it pushes PC+2 and when RTIing the byte next to BRK is ignored. That extra byte can be used as a parameter in the IRQ/BRK handler. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BRK

And it looks like I'm going to have to really study how all the sound really works, because I just realized I don't quite get it. As far as I've been concerned since I've learned how to work with the sound regs, you just plop a value in and it makes a sound. And plus, I always just set the register...

I do have here a very funny method to clean those game connectors: take a little bit of vinegar and put salt in it until it begins to saturate. Then use a Q-Tip and you'll notice that it will clean out quite fast these connectors. BTW you can use that solution for pennies as well

Battery saves are not reliable at all What the hell are you talking about??? I don't know for Europe games, but I do have Zelda and Kirby and they save flawlessly games even if I never changed the batteries, regardless of what I do with the power button. (and you know that Zelda is a very very old ...

The very basic idea is here, and that can't be done using Famitracker because the linear counter isn't accessible.
