Sangokushi II - Haou no Tairiku (Jpn) Hack help

So this is a hack request.
This is a NAMCOT-163 pcb game.
This game is well emulated on punes,nestopia.

But I found I still use fceux or nes.emu more.
On fceux or some not accurate emus,What I am troubled is that this game flicks when you are in the map.

Sorry I can not snap the flicker.
I never thought about that until I found Nintendo also tried to fix some NES title by fix IRQ on 3ds VC title.
I think maybe this is something about IRQ,but I am a newbie and can not figure what to do.Hope someone can help me to solve the flicker by hack the rom.

PS1:
The attachment is the snapshot when flicker happens but the flicker missing.

PS2:
The following is the detail about this game.
<software name="sango2ht">
<description>Sangokushi II - Haou no Tairiku (Jpn)</description>
<year>1992</year>
<publisher>Namcot</publisher>
<info name="serial" value="NAM-FS2-6900"/>
<info name="release" value="19920610"/>
<info name="alt_title" value="三國志Ⅱ 覇王の大陸"/>
<part name="cart" interface="nes_cart">
<feature name="slot" value="namcot_163" />
<feature name="pcb" value="NAMCOT-163" />

</dataarea>
<dataarea name="chr" size="262144">

</dataarea>
<!-- 8k WRAM on cartridge, battery backed up -->
<dataarea name="bwram" size="8192">
<rom value="0x00" size="8192" offset="0" loadflag="fill" />
</dataarea>
<!-- 8k Internal RAM in the 163 chip -->
<dataarea name="mapper_ram" size="8192">
</dataarea>
</part>

PS3:I found this code on nesterj and I found nesterj can handle the game well.I think maybe the rom can be hacked through CYCLES_PER_LINE but I can not solve that.
case 0x6901346e: // Sangokushi 2 - Haou no Tairiku (J)
CYCLES_PER_LINE = 105;
Thank you for your help.

Wait, are you trying to "fix" a game that works correctly on accurate emulators (and presumably on real hardware) so it works on inaccurate emulators? That's... the opposite of fixing. What you should be doing is contacting the authors of these inaccurate emulators requesting that the emulators are fixed, not the game.

Unless this bug was introduced when someone hacked the game for other reasons (translation, graphics, etc.), in which case this should indeed be looked into.

Yes,I am trying to "fix" a game that works correctly on accurate emulators.
I know that may sounds crazy but I just want that.
Just something like rom patch as more emulators have that problem and some emulators stopped development.

Meantime,I will try to contact fceux.

Emulation defects can be reported in FCEUX's bug tracker.
