Hi! I'm currently reading the SMB1 source code by doppelganger but it's quite difficult to "jump right in" since it's of course so low level. Have anyone written something like a design document that explains the game inner workings in a more high level view? Any pointers to other documents that explains the general structure of a platform game written in assembler?
