Change to quote; removed “ marks

Hi... just wanted to point out that since the quote code has been “-mark-lessed, all of the effort that was used to color the non-username parts of (or add urls to) the quote title has been turned into hard to understand massive amounts of text.

Maybe, could someone add a date consideration to the bb code so that my posts before the change was made will be easier to read?

My newbie-help-center thread contains a lot of examples, if you try to read ancient pages.
