Commercial:
-Four Players' Tennis (europe) is a bit different from top players's tennis; with a different roster (mark and nancy being the poster names. (a family favourite... playing in the far end team kind of blew, though). Tbh i didn't know they were the same until its listing as "top players'" made me look it up

Homebrew:
-Wrecking Balls, but since it halted an inch shy of the finish line, maybe it shouldn't be listed?

Slydog's K.Y.F.F. is a 4 player game. Not sure if it was released / completed...the YouTube page says 'unreleased' (as of 2012).

Edit- it looks like it's a free download at RHDN.

Double Action Blaster Guys turns into Quadruple Action Blaster Guys if you plug in a Four Score, but I don't have an "official" build with that feature since I never got around to fixing some memory corruption bugs.

Super PakPak is a completed homebrew game that supports the Four Score.
