Offline wiki

Hi guys,
I really love the nesdev wiki, it has been an amazing and never-ending source of NES hw info/emulation info for me. Occasionally I lose inet connectivity and would like to continue to work on my NES-related projects whilst referring to the wiki during this downtime. Unfortunately the Offline html wiki hasn't been updated since 2016. Is there any chance we can get an update?

Tepples made a copy back in October, its not the most up-to-date, or the prettiest, but it works
