Hi All! Power-on state of skipped dot?

I understand that there are three possible PPU <-> CPU alignments, but is the initial state of the prerender line's skipped dot known?
Edit: Wiki says that "Odd Frame" is set to "no" after reset or power. I guess that was what I was looking for.

Power-On state isn't actually all that consistent. On US NES, Reset state is far more consistent.
