Did this with Ufouria and it did well.
Here's both files for comparison.
I accidentally discovered what Double Dribble was probably intended to sound like.

The SNES is my favorite console, not only because it is an upgrade to the NES, but because it had some quality games as well (e.g. EarthBound and Kirby's Dream Land 3).

I've added an option in both the emulator and the NSF/NSFE player for anyone who wants to try it.

Wow, Uforia really sounds better with the bits reversed ! But for the sake of god, please stop including sound effects with the NSFs ! Who ever had that idea in the 1st place ?!LucianoTheWindowsFan wrote: ↑Sat Aug 22, 2020 10:56 am Did this with Ufouria and it did well.

Gimmick I don' thear the difference. If I remember well there was a track playing on a short part of Stage 3 with very slippy ice and water instant death, and that track had the DPCM sounding very glitchy. I wonder how it'd sound with the bits reversed.
Now we can seriously ask, which games did not get the DPCM bits in reverse order ?
EDIT : Unfortunately, both FamiStudio and puNES refuses to run on my computer.

Sound samples of these would be nice.
