Yes, that's technically doable.

Complicating factors:
* FPGA power consumption may be an issue
* Timing may be sufficiently incompatible such that it requires a framebuffer instead of a pair of linebuffers, requiring more RAM inside the FPGA and adding latency
* That screen is noticeably larger, which may require fiddly work to fit it into the case (and even more fiddly work to make it look good)
* I wouldn't personally pay that much money for that specific screen.
* - Alibaba is a wholesaler storefront, for people who want to buy hundreds (or more) of units. You might want aliexpress instead.

i was hoping to avoid aliexpress as the price seems to be really high but i guess that why alibabab has a minimum order amount. Maybe I'll just bite the bullet and buy it off of aliexpress to experiment with, i mean at $35 its not too bad.
