I can only take credit for drawing the pixels, because there's an original source. YOU however get mad props if you can guess it right what it is. I removed a detail i had in there that could make it too easy to google. It's mini quiz time! Take a guess.

This is about as advanced as i can get it without cutting down on unique traits in the table any further. it is using 250 tiles/chars, 6 spare ones now that said detail is removed.
Edit: Here's a betterment question i'm weighing on: I tried to use dithering only where i think it matters, namely where the darkness of the hull meets the fog-of-underwater and dissolves. Still, do you think this works?
