I need some help with this.
I'd like to replace Super Blaster VII Turbo 28 (http://www.mediafire.com/file/d26793n16 ... D.nes/file) stage backgrounds with Street Fighter VI 12 P (https://www.emulatorgames.net/roms/nint ... 2-peoples/) stages.
But, I don't know which tools I need. Could someone take a look at these two roms? I wonder if this can be done without complex coding.
