Maybe this can be helpful or useful in some way? For checking RAM chips.. I guess..? (made upon request)

Its really basic stuff.
green = written and read bytes from $01 to $7ff worked just fine
red = somewhere a write or read didn't match.
You can simulate a failed test by freezing a byte in RAM when using an emulator.

After a few seconds, a reboot is performed and another value is written and read back.
