My first NES project since Pong

Something I've been messing around with. Will share some more details once I get a little further. I want to thank people of this forum for helping me with questions along the way! Programming for the NES is certainly a beast of its own.

Graphics are temporary, not very good with pixel art lol

Not bad for a start though. Better than my graphics. ;)

It looks like it might be a vs battle mode sort of game?

Sprite kinda looks like the guy from Ooze. I like it.

It looks like it might be a vs battle mode sort of game?
haha you got it, PvP 8 bit style! lol

And thanks guys. So far it supports loading out nametables, swapping palettes, character selection (though face is the same for now), player 1 and 2 controls, and simple platformer type jumping around. I'm going to start working on the battle component next.
