Think it through, understand it past just reading a table. What happens to the output of the decoder when you switch A13 and A14?

You think about it. I explain how decoders work in that post.

If you can understand how everything works on the board you'll be able to troubleshoot things like this a lot easier, instead of just relying on a table.

Thank you,
I always go back to you page explainer when I try to understand some thing.
Dont want to lie, but,
between my English and all information that you wrote inside, it's not so easy for me.

Now about my problem...
Well my friends,
« Mario All stars » LoROM game :
When you play, Game need to be finish all one World (1-5) to make and see real SAVE.
Other way, saves works but you begin all world from the beginning till you not finish all 5 stages, etc.
So, SAVE for LoROM works.

Except that i forgot to solder my jumper pin 23 for 6264 RAM to make works SAVEs for games that needs 6264 RAM size.
And two mistakes about pin2 and 3 for HiROM games, I dont see any error.
I think I can try to order new version of PCB and test it again.
