so i want to make a repro of the lion king and i have an AOROM board. does anyone know how to wire the eprom?

Almost, but pin 31 is R/W instead of just VCC, I don't think it affects much things however, since this is the P pin on EPROMs, wich is useless after programming, and can be set at either voltage level. You'd want to apply the SNROM modification here and it should be okay.
