Made a Visual 6502/2A03/2C02 circuit reading tutorial

I put together a tutorial for making sense of the mess of colored lines that is Visual 6502/2A03/2C02 at http://wiki.nesdev.com/w/index.php/Visu ... t_tutorial .

As I'm still a beginner when it comes to low-level electronics, it's very possible that I've messed up in places, so feedback would be appreciated. Please also tell me if something seems unclear.

Now has coverage of DRAM, SRAM, and PLAs too, and has been vetted a bit by lidnariq and Quietust (though the PLA section is fresh).

Rephrased the PLA section in terms of decoders and mask ROMs, as using "PLA" for those circuits apparently is dubious (see talk page). Also added a section on shift registers.
