Sigh.... The GNU GPL is not a virus! For any version of the GPL, it only affects your program if you choose to include code parts licensed under the GPL, any headers licensed under the GPL, or any linked libraries licensed under the GPL!

It sure isn't a virus.
But a virus very scary to Windows users.
I think this was back in 2000's when Linux and free software were definitelly gaining ground.
