puNes v.106: how to run it in fullscreen?

HI

I'm using puNes v.106 but I'm not able to run the game in fullscreen mode. I remember that with older version of the emulator I was abble to run the games in fullscreen 4:3 but now even if I check "fullscreen in windows" I can see the game in this way:

I tried also to modify these options, but I have always the same result:

It seems that the emulator doesn't detect the options of the fullscreen...

can anyone help me please?
