Line 1-241:
Renders the screen for 240 lines, at the end of each line it increases Fine Y and gets the low NT
bit, fine X & Tile X position from PPU's temp.

What does it means with "gets the low NT"?

The low nametable bit is bit 10 of ppu's address/ppu's temp.

but i mean, what does it do? it obtains the low nt bit and start render from that name table?

Code:
NtToRender = ((PpuTemp >> 10) & 0x01);

is that correct?

How far is your "new" pixel-based engine? When I converted from line to pixel, I could figure out everything in less than 2 weeks of working. Once you get this answer, you might request the attribute table issue... :| It was the hardest part here.

You're omitting the high nt bit.
In your case it would be something like nt=(temp>>10&1)|(address>>10&2)
