There's an iNES header before the PDF header here. It's NROM 32k+8k, and is a simple demo program that displays a screen of text, plays music, and has a hidden movable character if you press start.
PDF file seems to be an article about hacking and stuff, and states its own MD5 hash several times in the text.
I also attached just the 40K NROM file itself, not the 48.1MB PDF file. This is not my work at all.

This reminds me of the combination SNES/Genesis ROM packed in a PDF. Can't find the original article about it, but I do still have the PDF file for it (attached below).
