Never knew these games existed before AVGN, so they don't mean too much to me, but:

Do I smell another commercial use of PocketNES? Those games use digitized samples played with the CPU which isn't emulated.

Unless they're about to pay you to finally add $4011 support ;-)

But seriously, someone with quick access to a valid name and password on KS should go ask how the voice in Joshua sounds in "However, after several experiments we realized that we can bundle our game collection in a GBA cart!"

Another thing I saw there is that both Noah's Ark and "Noah's Ark" in Bible Adventures now belong to Wisdom Tree.

EDIT: I just asked about the voice in Joshua.

By the way, what is the license for PocketNES? I didn't see any license text in the downloads...

(By the way, PocketNES is the best thing that ever happened to my GBA, thank you for all the hours of fun I got out of it.)

The NES emulation code as released by Loopy and Flubba was Public Domain at the time.
Due to using the MiniLZO compression library, all builds of PocketNES which include that compression library are licensed under the GNU GPL.

I haven't yet picked a license for the current version of the NES emulation code separated from the compression library. I'd probably pick a BSD license since those are all the rage.
