The new XML added ten <cartridge> elements, from 3169 to 3179. I haven't counted how many are unique SHA-1s and how many are confirmations of existing dumps.

I also took the liberty of converting the XML's character encoding from UTF-16 to UTF-8, which improves compression of mostly-ASCII markup and is more compatible with text processing tools such as grep.

Sorry about the short downtime, someone emailed me yesterday and alerted me. Apparently the UPS kicked in due to "electrical noise" and didn't switch back to AC power before the battery was used up... first time that has happened.
