Okay so I have this great idea. Flappy bird has been a very popular game with many many clones. Well I thought of another variation. You know how everyone hates Superman 64 for the Nintendo 64. Well, why not make a Flappy bird clone where instead of a bird you are Superman flying in the air. Instead of gaps between pipes like in Flappy bird, you must make it through rings, just like in Superman 64. If you don't make it through the ring then you die. The background would have that terrible pink sky too.

It would be a hilarious take on the game and its a perfect fit. Somebody make it. Let me know what you think.

[edit]

I did a quick search to see if anyone had already done this, and someone did put Superman into flappybird, but I want to see him go through rings!

Flappy Bird is Piou Piou vs. Cactus, which is SFCave, which is "Balloon Trip" from Balloon Fight, which is a continuous-runner side mode in a Joust clone. Where along the line did it go bad?

Obvious trademark issues aside, I'm not sure exactly what the purpose is (don't we have enough Flappy Bird-like games, and does anyone really like them?), but the game concept is simple enough that I guess this could be a good start-out project for someone just learning 6502/NES development. :)

You could graze three bullets at once by calling the protagonist SupermaRyu
