The piece I chose to demonstrate vibrato in the Pently music engine was Johann Pachelbel's "Canon in D". This piece is notorious for popularizing the I-V-vi-iii-IV-V-IV-V chord progression, as explained in Rob Paravonian's Pachelbel Rant.
The whole Canon is included in Might and Magic, and the progression can be heard in one of the music selections from Pipe Dream. Where else in NES music have you encountered the progression?

No riddle; just collecting demonstrable Pachelbel's Canon allusions.
