Experienced 8bit Composer Looking for New Projects

Post by the_zi »

Hi guys/gals!

I'm Zi (on Nintendo Age) and have written for countless NES projects using all manner of engine. If you're ever looking for a composer with strong classical background, touring jazz musician, a lover of all things NES, technical acumen, and the ability to turn lead into gold, fly, fix the horrors of history... wait. Stay focused. Hold on, I am focused, having seen multiple projects to completion as well as released four chiptune albums on cartridges.

Feel free to PM me here or on NA, I'd love to contribute my intelligence and imagination to your next project!

This is the second womentake profile making completely irrelevant posts only to link to an ad-filled site with no relation to NES development or video games.

I'd think it's fair to conclude now that this person is only here to "spam".

Wtf- I'm not a spammer and, if any of you guys are on NA, you'd know the legend that is Zi.

Lol just kidding- reduce your monthly interest rate by taking this one survey- you won't believe the results! Oni.on/hrhzixuehdkks274774838

Also- bump- still open for werk.

Hi zi. Are these paid gigs, or for-fun gigs?

Hey Doug- yeah, she reached out which was the impetus for me pumping this thread!

Right now I'm just doing paying gigs- this year I had the privilege to work on tower defense, Xmas 18 , and am cranking away on my sixth album (avail only on collectible cart)!

Bregalad,

I AM ZI, CHIPTUNE ARTIST FOR THE NINTENDO ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM, COMPOSER OF BOTH BLEEPS AND BOPS, VIRTUOSO OF INSTRUMENT FABRICATION, MERCENARY OF THE RETRO MUSICAL SOUNDSCAPE! THE SEGA DEVELOPMENT GUYS KNOW ME AS MOOSE KNUCKLES, THE LONG ISLANG GEEK SQUAD KNOW ME AS ABRAHAM ECKSTEIN'S BOY, AND I AM KNOW IN CANADA AS THAT GUY WHO ALWAYS GETS THE NUMBER TWO AT TIM HORTONS... and there are other secret names you do not know of yet.

As far as the poll goes, it's just having a bit of fun at the weirdness that took over my thread but has since been modded. Let me know if you have any upcoming projects that need music, I'm ready and open to work!
