Let it be known that these are interchangeable. For example, on E4, you could use E4, C5 and A4. Depends on preference.

btw if I screwed up and any of these are incorrect let me know and I'll update the post accordingly.

Cool, this is useful. I would suggest that it might be best to specify that the chart is for NTSC. Because on PAL, rates 4 and 12 are pretty far out of tune. A different table would be used for PAL, ideally anyways.

Whoops, totally slipped my mind that there were different tunings. I'll have to see about putting together a PAL version, Thanks for the heads up!
