The battery checkbox is only for the iNES header actually.
To dump the save file you have to go to the tab workram and read/write the RAM from there using the mmc3 script.
Thanks!
For anyone else having trouble:
- Create a new file using Windows Explorer or cmd.exe (e.g., 'kirby.sav')
- Open anago_wx.exe (windows_062_GUI)
- Click the 'workram' tab
- Select the 'mmc3.ag' script
- Select the file you created (e.g., 'kirby.sav') for the 'RAM image' under the 'RAM read' section
- Click the 'read' button
The 'kirby.sav' file should now be an 8KB save file.
