I have never met such a version of an old compilation before. Contra 100 in 1 and Contra 168 in 1 are popular, but I see 150 in 1 for the first time. What is the mapper?

Mapper is unknown, as is always the case with pirate multicarts. Please provide a high resolution picture of the back of the PCB/cartridge. You only took photos of the front. After which, people *might* be able to work it out, but no promises.

That said, the picture with diffuse lighting on a diagonal of just the PCB is one of the prettiest ways I've ever seen a PCB photographed before.
