this cart can't be Kaiser's conversion. It might be a repro of another pirate group named CYEE.

here mapper326 has 7-bit latch input

I didn't know cyee was a Kaiser employee. But your dumper may have transcoded $8010 - $8017 to $b000 - $E003

If so, the CPU_ A [14] an additional pin(i don't know which address line exactly is) controls an 8-bit (or two 4-bit) latche(s) to latch upper and lower half bytes respectively.

If using a dumper such as copynes, you may get the ROM that has been decoded rather than that has the original data order

kaiser uses toshiba as maskrom provider (wow, thats full quality)
or this dip24 roms are otp?

I just received a very early version of contra bootleg cartridge, i haven't open it yet but i can confirm it is the japanese version, i'll post some pcb pictures soon

This is just ordinary VRC II. Interestngly, your PCB looks like almost identical copy of original one, just without those "tracks to nowhere": (used for plating)
