Best PCB FabHouse for flex PCB

Post by mightydidz »

Hello guys, I'm currently looking for a fabhouse that have a reasonnable price for Flex PCB.
I've used PCBWay for a long time and was happy with prices, but for flexible pcb I find them super expensive
138$ for only 5 prototype its expensive.
Adapter is only 140mm x 50mm, two layers, 6mil spacing and 12mil drill.

Do you guys know any cheap place for flex pcb?

Thanks

140mm x 50mm is actually rather enormous as flex PCBs go.

At that size, the only cheap option may be one of the DIY methods, such as using a solid ink printer + Pyralux + and etching it yourself.

I can redesign it and rotate my concept but bare minimum would be around 80mm x 50mm.
