yes, it's possible.. making a utility to INSERT it in a nes 6502 program.. because if you open nsf data in hexadecimal editor, notice that nsf is one authentic part of games directly extracted in order to load sound routine and sound data in right nes memory space emulated by nsf emulators...

im not very expert.. i think that top nesdev users can helping you in deep.

good luck

What are you going to do with the NES roms after you convert the NSF? If you want to burn them to carts, check this thread on another forum:

http://2a03.org/forum/viewtopic.php?id=445

NSFulator will create .bin files that you can flash to eproms.

Hope that helps,

One of the reasons might be to play NES music on an emulator that 1. doesn't support NSF and 2. is the only NES emulator for its platform, such as PocketNES on GBA.

It is .BINary data, ready to copied to EPROMS - just like CHR or PRG. Since there is no images on screen, you would use it in the PRG slot.

Oh, I see. You can use PogoShell for that (another GBA program). However, the default NSF player plugin is buggy on my flash cart. Which type of cart do you have? Google it, give it a try - and if it doesn't work, let me know. I can give you the other plugin I found and my modified config files.

No, I don't know who deleted it. It looks like gameboymall.com is down.

I zipped up the NSFulator folder I had on my HD, and you can download it here:

http://www.sendspace.com/file/cikodk

Get it quick, that will expire in 7 days.
