This is the thread to request SGC rips. SGC supports SMS/GG/Colecovision games. Make sure that you check the archive first before requesting a rip.

You can get the current archive here. The SGC spec is also included with the files.

Foobar 2000 now supports SGCs (by use of the plugin). You can get the plugin here.

Here are some KSS-to-SGC conversions of several GG tunes I had done and sent to Kevtris, but apparently they got lost in the shuffle. Maybe someone can tag them properly and test them (and eliminate any that have already been ripped since). The playlist is at the beginning of the data area, padded to a multiple of 16 bytes, for easy modification.

Incidently, latest Hoot version has general purpose drivers for SG-1000/SMS/GG. From my tests, pretty much all roms for three systems load and play fine (out of 30 something I tried only one SG-1000 game didn't work), so if you want to listen to a music from a game that's not ripped to SGC yet, you might try that.

Hrm... Possible to convert VGM to SGC for/from original music creation programs such as MOD2PSG2 or IT2VGM?

Would be a step closer to possibly playing such music on flash carts...

Get SGMkss from this site: http://mrchecker.web.fc2.com/

Load the SMS rom of your choice in the tool, save as KSS, play with NezPlug++ or similar plugin.
