I noticed the wiki does not have a page dedicated to color emphasis. It's not the biggest topic, but it would be nice to have a few paragraphs describing it.

Questions:

1) What does it do on a technical level?
2) PAL vs NTSC differences.
3) Compatibility issues. Does it not work on some systems?

And yes, I set up redirects for color vs. colour, as well as updated the main PPU registers page. I "re-worked" the Dendy/PAL red/green bit swap as well.

P.S. -- Were you not able to do this yourself? If you register an account, one of us here (usually Tepples, Memblers, or myself) can make it so you can edit pages. Just let us know.

Maybe make it clearer that color emphasis bits will not color tint xE or xF, but will color tint xD.

I know that sounds weird, because how do you tint black, right? But if you boost the brightness of a TV to full, black is more like gray.

Edit. It is stated clearly on the "NTSC video" page, so maybe my comment is redundant.
