Very cool! Super hazy memory this; but didn't someone work out how to combo dezeamon .srm saves a while back into functional stand alone roms using the snes dezeamon, I seem to remember them replacing the built in demo game or perhaps using the BS one..? If an FPGA clone was based on a 1-Chip SNES would it then have a sharper picture than that of one based on the original 2 chip version?

Some of the last Sony 4:3 CRT TV's had HDMI inputs, I always keep my open for these on Craigslist and such.
