Hi! Im developing a nes emulator. I can run NROM and UxROM succesfully. CNROM seems easy, and i can "play" CNROM games but all my CNROMS (circus charlie, friday13th and more) are experimenting graphical problems (glitches). I think my routine (8kb bankswitching is Ok)... Yo me introducí al nesdev en el 2006, soy de Chile. Pero por años con las preocupaciones diarias y el tiempo olvidé lo que aprendí. Pero ahora estoy retomando y qué bien que hay gente de habla hispana en esta página, aunque no tengo problemas con el inglés.

Hi, a question. Im newbie in directx, i did read many things about directx, then i think use directx 7 for my emulator. I dont want to use direct3d (direct8), then i will use directdraw 7 for now. question about MMC3! and DD3

question about mmc1 and mmc3

1.- mmc1 ports are 1 bit.. But if i wanna reset register 0 i would write eight times to register 0, no? But what values are written to bits 5 and 6 (unknow bits)?? $8000 - $9FFF (Register 0) RxxCFHPM When i write first 5 bits, register is ready to execute.. i think.. Someone can explain this to me, ...

problem with sprites coord

My emu fails when i load super mario bros. I can see background, sprite 0 hit has good y coord, but mario sprites has 248=y coord everytime. I dont see super mario sprite. Ballon fight works fine. what can be the problem??

i am new in direct x. I was using gdi (but it's slow). setpixel was the procedure in order to put a pixel on screen.
