it is only temporary until the old theme is recreated. the good news is... we hopefully shouldn't have the 500 errors anymore
Glad to hear this is only temporary. Also, on a more positive note, I really like the upgrade in mobile compatibility!

Re: 2018 NESDev Compo Rules/Guidelines

Is this still ending 1/31? It seems like there are far fewer entries this year, but it might just be that there are fewer entry threads.

Can you export scopes in ca65?

I like the built-in namespacing ca65 provides through .SCOPE/.ENDSCOPE and am hoping to use it in my project. It works fine when I put all of my code in a single file, but when I start to break the code out into separate files, I find I'm unable to make the scopes available other files via the usual...

Re: SNES Wiki is down again!!!

Okay, fine, there are issues, don't make it personal either. I've let him know. I do think the current backend is better though. I'm not sure how I've "made it personal." I have no idea who runs the site. I'm just reporting a high-impact bug. I do apologize if I'm coming off icy, though. At the com...

Re: SNES Wiki is down again!!!

Wiki is working now. "Working" in a loose sense. The recent(?) change to different software broke a ton of internal links. The wiki is superficially nicer, but content-wise, it's a shadow of its former self. Actually every single page are still there. The links may not work, but they're searchable....

This is great to hear. I've long wanted to give NESICIDE a try, but I've never been able to successfully build it on my Mac, and that's where I do all of my NES dev work.

Cartridge-based WiFi connectivity?

I've come across a few limited attempts at integrating online connectivity with the NES, which got me wondering: is anyone out there working on a WiFi-enabled cartridge, or is such a thing feasible? A cartridge-based solution seems nearly ideal to me: it wouldn't require you to take up a controller ...
