Here's the link: http://www.twitch.tv/morphcat The stream will be online all of today and tomorrow (except when I sleep). If the game turns out...

All English for me for the same reasons tokumaru mentioned. I can't even talk about anything computer-related in German without constantly wishing for words as precise as their English counterparts, so I end up with long sentences explaining everything which makes communication in my mother language...

Exciting news! This has almost everything I could wish for. FlashROM save game functionality is particularly amazing, seems to be superior to the conventional method on many levels: price, size, data retention and being prone to save corruption, as you mentioned. To me, the lack/unaffordability of s...

And several others I've noticed with slightly different RGB values for each color. I was just curious as to what people here may use and which is thought of as being the best or most commonly used. In my experience, Nestopia's palette is the best. It is the closest match to what I get from my NTSC ...

http://nesdev.com/bbs/viewtopic.php?t=6339#60731 Maybe this will help? I have a Yobo converter from stoneagegamer myself which I rewired according to these or someone else's schematics (don't remember) and it works perfectly with the Powerpak. I use it on an av-modded HVC-001 Famicom, though. I don'...

Yup, the bat just talks. Not sure if I can fix the artifacts. They are kind of annoying in PAL, I agree, but compared to Ufouria, which uses the same mirroring setup for multi-directional scrolling, they are very tame. Moving the artifacts to the top of the screen when scrolling down and vice versa ...

Finally got around to playing the first batch of submissions. Excellent games! People say that it's easier to make a good (commercial quality) game for an 8-bit console than for newer systems. I don't think it's as much because of the technical limitations of an 8-bit system, but because the game in...

Bananmos: Thanks :) A lot of people have mentioned these issues which is good as it tells where my priorities should be right now. Where can that giant bat be found? I've played through the demo a couple of time now, but haven't noticed any bat of abnormal size. The door in the bottom left corner in...
