Hi Gents,
Would anyone have the instructions for the SNES MK3 version of the action replay. I have an MK2 but the functionality differs and I cant to find any options to do a trainer search regardless of switch position. I have attempted codes from the internal built in list and that work fine, codes turn on when the switch is up etc.
What I tried to find codes is:
left switch in middle position
booted to AR MK3 menu from a power off to on
go to possibilities section (tells me nothing and asks to go to game)
choose go to game option
boot to game
power console off/on with switch position still in middle
go back to AR menu
same options in possibilities
going in loop
no options to search for codes etc
normally the above method works in AR PRO MK2
any clarification would be great.

I remember it being on button combinations.
Select + L + Up
Select + L + Down
etc
But for the life of me I can't remember exactly what did what.

thanks for that, i saw the options under setting where you can specify either a select or start combination, i tried this and the game freezes momentarily when pressed. i then get some code results in possibilities section however the number of possibilities in in the 100's. I tried this with bomber man 1 to search for lives, 1 up, 1 down, same value... after many rounds still trows a lot of possibilities. When i perform the same search in AR Pro mk2 i get the code in like 3 round of searches only.. something is off.... could really use the instruction manualOziphantom wrote:I remember it being on button combinations.

I opened up my Archive and found the manual
SELECT + START = clearing the trainer
Select/Start + X = Start the trainer
Select/Start + A = Greater than last value
Select/Start + Y = Less than last value
Select/Start + X = Same as last value
Select/Start + B = Different to last value
When light flashes
Select/Start and Right ( not sure if R or on dpad probably Dpad ) - Use current cheat
Slow-mo when the switch is in Top position Select + Left Trigger will toggle slo-mo
SELECT + START = clearing the trainer
Select/Start + X = Start the trainer
Select/Start + A = Greater than last value
Select/Start + Y = Less than last value
Select/Start + X = Same as last value
Select/Start + B = Different to last value

bit hard to get to it at the moment, but I will see what I can do sometime. It's not big so shouldn't take me long when I get an hour or two.
