Asking for ROM translation

First of all I wanted to wish to everyone a happy new year 2021 .

I don't know if it's the right place to ask this but do you know where I could ask for a ROM translation ?

It would be 2 small roms that are less than 32kb and 64kb size and they are more utilities that games
