awesome-gbadev submissions

awesome-gbdev is described by its maintainer avivace as "A curated list of Game Boy development resources such as tools, docs, emulators, related projects and open-source ROMs." And now its maintainer wants to start a second list for Game Boy Advance.

Which resources should we start with, other than GBATEK and belogic.com/gba?
