I'm trying to make a Block Out repro (128KB) with a copy of Pachio-kun 4 (512KB) and a Winbond W27C020-70 EEPROM.
I don't know what to do with the other pins (/OE and /PGM), how to deal with the bigger EEPROM, or how to wire it.
I need help making a Block Out repro.

To put the rom on a larger chip the usual practice is to duplicate data to fill. This allows you to do whatever you want with the extra address lines. I wrote famirom to streamline that process if you're not familiar with doing it. http://nintendoage.com/forum/messagevie ... adid=63070
For wiring it's the usual Nintendo scheme. For this application you can simplify it to this:
prg
pin 1 up
pin 2 -> hole 24
pin 24 -> GND
pin 30 down is fine as long as you double your rom properly
