On behalf of absolutely everybody here, I must ask, what exactly is that thing in the image supposed to be? A spaceship?

It's just, it looks like something else...

I see Dragon Quest slimes stacked up on each other. :mrgreen: (Before I learned what the slimes really were I called them bottle monsters for obvious reasons.)

NOW I see that thing in the screenshot a slime on top of a SMB/Flappy-Bird pipe. :roll:

Thank you, Bregalad! Nice to be back and still be able to see familiar faces. I have changed. I'm now 10 times worse. :D

I can see that Dragon Quest slime thingy Gilbert mentioned.

Poor old OP. Instead of commenting about his game, we are talking about... something else. What is 'Magic Sand' anyway?

Pretty sure the technical term for that thing is "baby booger bulb".

"Snot sucker" is also acceptable.

@WedNESday

Well, "you've been nesdev! Where we never stay on topic". :lol:

Seriously though, I remember seeing the topic but dont't remember if I actually tried it. Now that the topic got some attention (for all the wrong reason), more people will try it so it's not a bad thing ;)

The Windows version didn't work on my computer (Windows 10; the picture scrolls rapidly in vertical direction).

Did you try A. maximizing the console window or B. reducing the console font size?

I tried on linux and since it's a console application (which I didn't realize at first), you need to resize the screen to make it work properly.

If I maximize the window, the title screen shows correctly, but I still can't start the game by pressing space (the screen just slowly alternates between black and white).
