I have a Master Fighter II cartridge
Here is its schematic, maybe someone need it in the future
Nestopia can run the dump under mapper 189, but FCEUX can't run it
Then what is its mapper number?!
It can't be 189 since it is very different than Gluk The Thunder Warrior

Why would it necessarily be different than Thunder Warrior? Maybe the PT8154 MMC3 clone doesn't provide /WRAMCE, so they need to use a 74'138 to decode writes to the relevant register, while the AX5202P does provide the same signal so they can just use a latch.

As to why it works in Nestopia and not FCEUX I'm really not clear:
FCEUX-2.2.1src/boards/189.cpp:
Code:
static void M189PW(uint32 A, uint8 V) {
        setprg32(0x8000, EXPREGS[0] & 7);
}
static DECLFW(M189Write) {
        EXPREGS[0] = V | (V >> 4); //actually, there is a two versions of 189 mapper with hi or lo bits bankswitching.
        FixMMC3PRG(MMC3_cmd);
}
Nestopia UE 1.45 source/core/boards/NstBoardTxcTw.cpp:
Code:
                                NES_POKE_D(Tw,4120)
                                {
                                        prg.SwapBank<SIZE_32K,0x0000>( (data >> 4) | data );
                                }

The only really appreciable difference is that FCEUX supports a maximum of 256KiB PRG (& 7), whereas Nestopia limits it to 128KiB PRG (NstBoard.hpp, the TXC_TW = MakeId<189,128… line).

Do you have a dump of the game? I think it may differ from the original.
