Re: AM27C400 Failed to program
Is this still using the special board to program larger ROMs, or are you literally programming a 512KB UVEPROM?

Re: AM27C400 Failed to program
i have to use an adapter for my programmer making it think i am programming a 27c4096 when i am really programming a 27c400 as my programmer does not support them by default, if there was a way to modify it to support it i would do that
Re: AM27C400 Failed to program
So there should be no banks, right?
Re: AM27C400 Failed to program
It’s been a while since I even thought about a C4096 4mega bit eprom (so I may be wrong)... isn’t it an 8 bit device while the 27c400 is a 16 bit device? Wouldn’t the programming algorithm be very different (at least from the programmers perspective)?ironsniper1 wrote: ↑Tue Apr 20, 2021 5:36 pmi have to use an adapter for my programmer making it think i am programming a 27c4096 when i am really programming a 27c400 as my programmer does not support them by default, if there was a way to modify it to support it i would do that
