Use of 21.47mhz CLK pin (NES pin 37)

Do any games use this pin? It doesn't seem to be present on the PC10 cart connector, and I don't see a mention of it on any mapper docs.

Supposedly that pin isn't present on a top-loading NES, but I haven't checked that myself. It's not on a Famicom either, so it seems kinda useless.
